He is the Personnel Manager of the Diocese. He is the Chairman of the Appointment Committee Board.
He executes duties as per Canon 368 in the absence of the Bishop.
Vicar General
Msgr. Gervase Mukasa
He is directly concerned with the affairs of the Religious in the diocese. He represents the Bishop as far as the Religious are concerned.
Episcopal Vicar for the Religious
Fr. Edward Ssekabanja
He is the executive secretary, comparable to a company secretary. He handles all the official documents of the diocese, in and out.

The Judicial Vicar is head of the Diocesan Ecclesiastical Tribunal.

Fr. John Baptist Kikomeko
He is the assistant secretary for the Diocese and helps coordinate logistics for the Bishop’s many engagements. He is also the principal emcee for the Bishop during liturgies.

The Curia is the organizing force within the diocese. The Bishop directs them, but they also help advise him and keep him informed of all that happens in his flock.
